THERMAL OXIDATION OVEN

Precision Quincy designs and manufactures custom thermal oxidizers, which are sometimes needed where VOCs (volatile organic compounds) are present.  Pollutants like VOCs are emissions issues that must be treated before being released into the atmosphere.  Thermal oxidizers are used to treat these compounds.  A thermal oxidizer heats the VOCs until they are oxidized.  The oxidation process breaks down the harmful particulates into carbon dioxide and water.  Thermal oxidizers are ideal in applications where particulates may be present and where there is a higher concentration of VOCs.
